As long as there are unintelligent people who feel deprived there is a feeding ground for utterly nonsensical and childish cds like the wall.The first time I heard this horrendously bad CD I was amazed at the level (or: lack of level) of awareness and adulthood these musicians lacked. It is obvious they have chosen to stay as 'babes in the wood', hitting out to the world and yelling for attention for their inconsistent dreams. Oh my, this Cd is really really bad. Where shall I begin? Let us say what I have already indicated. This group sounds like a bunch of brats all yelling out 'Look at us we're hurt and betrayed'. (To THINKING man and beast the joke is clear: yes they were hurt and betrayed and THEY THEMSELVES were the ones who did it, don't whine and whimper no more, sissy girls!)The music(if that is what you should choose to call it)is completely dull and TASTELESS.examples? Take Comfortabilly numb and Mother. These must be in the top two of atrocious songs ever recorded on the face of this earth. Dumb lyrics and repetative themes, clearly a case of aspergers' disease.Also Hey You and the Brick trilogy (what is the use, version one is bad and so are two and three, thanks band for your kindness)are not exactly tunes I would dye for, not in the least bit, you know.To cut a long story short this is a bad album without either memorable songs or performances.OK I know all rock music is named 'the noise of the depraved', but this lousy CD is clearly the worst.

| the wall is amongst the greatest albums ever made along with the dark side of the moon.this contained classics like another brick in the wall and the stunning comfortably numb.you have to get this.hugely recommended. |

| I'm sick and tired of hearing about how this album's story is about his father, or any of these stupid bricks in his wall crap. Stink Floid's albums including this one is so overrated that It's beyond me that people would be so blind to real music as to buy this album. Who is Roger Waters anyway? Was he the singer of Stink Floid? I never heard of him. This album is just noise, and so are Stink Floid's other albums. Buy Kelly Clarkson's Thankfull instead. This album should be treated as something to be avoided. Avoid the floid. |
