It's a Knapsack Attack! |
| Since I bought this ablum, about a year and half ago, I have gotten more and more into the whole "underground scene." Since then I have figure out that bands and albums that can make people go "Who?????" are the best albums out there. This, my friends, is the album that did for me, still remains one of my all-time favorites today. Every song here is great. I can honestly say that this a one of the few albums that I can listen to all the way through, because I love every song they put on here. I heard about these guys from an in-store play of thier preceeding effort "Day Three of my new Life" (another masterpiece!) and asked at the counter about them. Since then, I went out to find it. When I came to a place that had them, this was the only album they had from them, so being the unfrugal buyer that I am, bought it. I certainly was not dissapointed, and I actually like it a bit better than day three. If you like main stream emo-core bands like Blink 182, Eve 6, and Weezer, get this as fast as you can-you can find it at store that sells undergrounds like this or buy it at amazon. |
Realy Good Stuff ! |
| Wow, this CD is rockin'. I love every song, from start to finish, no song is skipped, at least when I listen to it! This is my only knapsack cd i own but I am going to get another one in the very near future. Including this band I like these bands, you MIGHT like them too...the juliana theory, the get up kids, sensefield, texas is the reason, piebald, jimmy eat world, jawbreaker(main vocal is harsher than knapsack's vocals), midtown, saves the day, a new found glory, rainer maria, homegrown, noogie, je june, jazz june, and others i forget. EnjoY! |
SAVED THE BEST FOR LAST |
| Unfortunately, Knapsack is no longer a band. However, their legacy burns bright with this ripping final album. Not only did Knapsack never put out a bad album (how many bands can honestly say that), unlike their prior efforts, there's not a bad track on this CD. It's still a mystery to me how this band never really got discovered and made the mainstream, but that's part of their allure. |
