| The title says it all.....I had this back in 87 on vinyl, needless to say I just picked up my CD copy and Geez, these guys rule! This is some of the best 4 chord mastery ever, not to side step Jasons voice, because while the music was sick, it was the voice of Jason Sears that had everybody commanding his attention. If you don't believe me ask Joey Cape from Lagwagon who he intended to have him sing in his 1st band. Also, Fat Mike from NOFX, claimed RKL influenced him more than any other band back in the day. Even though the production wasn't the greatest, that couldn't hold back the energy of one of the greatests releases of punk rock. This disc is a timeless representation of what REAL punk rock is and always intended to be. While you may have not gotten to see them back in the day, it's not to late. Pick up this disc and play at a dirty rotten volume until your ears bleed & then go see them live.....they are back together with a slightly different line up playing shows mostly in the northern Cali area. |
| This is some of the best, old school punk that Nardcore has to offer. The songs: Lies, U.S. Steel, Adolescent Death, and No respect make the CD woth it alone. Then there's more. If you like old school, hardcore punk that you'r probably not familiar with, then Buy it. I have many RKL cd's and this one is my favorite. |
